DIRECTIONS TO MTN, THE MINNEAPOLIS TELEVISION NETWORK STUDIO

Located in the St. Anthony Main Complex, 125 SE Main St, Mpls, MN 55414

Note:  These directions take you into the complex from the north side (2nd Street side).  

Main Street is on the river side or south side of the building complex.

From downtown Minneapolis:
  • Get on Washington Avenue
  • Go north on 3rd Avenue & cross the Mississippi River on the 3rd Avenue Bridge (3rd Avenue becomes Central Avenue as soon as you cross the bridge.)
  • Take the first right off the bridge onto 2nd Street SE.
  • Go one block where parking is available on the street on 2nd Street SE or on 2nd Avenue SE (which runs north & south). Meters need plugging until 6 PM only. There is also a parking ramp and a parking lot at this intersection.
  • Walk down the inclined driveway toward the river from where 2nd Street SE and 2nd Avenue SE meet to the St. Anthony Main complex.
  • Go in the doors to your right.  Note  #125 above the doors.
  • The MTN offices/studio are about 50 feet down the hallway on your right.
  • “The Mary Hanson Show” is taped in Studio A.

From St. Paul:

  • Take 94W.
  • Exit on 11th Avenue and take a right (north) on 11th Avenue to Washington Avenue.
  • At Washington Avenue take a left (west) and go to 3rd Avenue.
  • At 3rd Avenue take a right and cross the Mississippi River on the 3rd Avenue Bridge (3rd Avenue becomes Central Avenue after the bridge.)
  • Take the first right off the bridge onto 2nd Street SE.

Note regarding clothing attire: If you are a guest on the show, please avoid wearing white or bright red as a main color.  (A rose red is fine.) Red and white are fine, though, as an accent, under a jacket, etc.  Also, avoid a finely striped or patterned top.  Jewelry that would reflect light is also to be avoided as are necklaces or scarves that might hit the microphone on your lapel.  Thanks!
